The BRDM-2 is a Soviet designed scout car.
Overview[]
Ingame the BRDM is shown being used by the Cuban Army, the Korean Army, Several of the UMEF Factions, the Ultranationalist, the Serbian Army, and the Russian Military. It features good mobility, fairly high speed, but also light armor.
Variants[]
The BRDM is seen is several configurations.
- Regular BRDM-2 - with 14.5mm KPVT HMG and coaxial PKT
- BRDM-2 - with four AT-5 ATGMs (per reload) replacing the Machineguns.
- BRDM-2 - with four Strela SAMs (per reload) replacing the Machineguns
- BRDM-2M1 - same as regular BRDM-2 except with smoke grenades, different HUD, different looking turret, and a small amount of extra armor. (Russia only)
